- 内容：Sevillanas赛为雅那斯舞曲，及基础flamenco练习
- 装备：第一堂课以简单轻便为主，女生家里若有包头的粗跟高跟鞋也可先带着。安娜会在课堂上介绍flamenco专用服饰鞋子。

- Lesson: Sevillanas and basic flamenco technique training
- Costume: The first class you can wear whatever is comfortable for you to exercise. Ladies can wear their covered high heels with think heel. Ana will introduce the flamenco costume in the class.
